BA (Hons) Writing: Fiction, Non-Fiction and Scriptwriting

This new degree is brought to you by a team with over 20 years of experience delivering degrees in professional and creative writing.

The new degree focusses on providing students with an opportunity to engage in a verity of writing areas. These include:

• Writing prose fiction (flash-fiction, short stories and the novel)
• Scriptwriting for screen
• Journalism
• Non-fiction writing
• Copywriting
• Witing for audio (comedy/drama/non-fiction)
• Writing for theatre
• Drafting skills (editing and sub-editing)
• Self-publishing skills
• Pitching
