Writing Children's Stories, utilising the power of Mindfulness
Activity
This beautiful one hour workshop will guide you to release your burdens and harness the power of mindful awareness in the creation of your children's story.
In the space of mindful observation, creativity is enhanced and the senses inspire emotions, perspectives and insights that can be difficult to access with a busy mind. From a relaxed and mindful state, you will learn how to use seemingly ordinary surroundings as creative inspiration; explore the key elements of children's stories; create your very own main character and simple story line; and leave with a short draft or clear story outline.
